My daughter pointed out to me the other day that I had not posted the easiest recipe I make. Well, I decided that I need to rectify that as quickly as possible. This Easy Alfredo Sauce is something I made in The Acme all the time, and I also make it at home probably once a week.

We serve this over chicken and pasta, fish and pasta, or just about anything that calls for a cream sauce. It comes together in just a few minutes and tastes wonderful.

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Heat the cream in a saucepan until it reaches a slow bubble.
  2. Add the cheese and whisk over the heat until the sauce thickens.
  3. If the sauce isn’t thick enough you can add a tablespoon of Beurre manié. Which is melted butter and flour mixed together. But I rarely have to do this.
  4. Salt to taste

Enjoy!
