Today I decided that instead of doing what I normally do and cooking up something in my kitchen, I would go get some Chinese takeout from my small towns one and only Chinese food restaurant.  As a previous restaurant owner, I understand what a downtick in customers can do to your bottom line! As we get through the next few weeks, I feel that it is more important than ever that we do whatever small things we can to support each other.  So, I just ate some wonderful Chinese food and enjoyed that someone else did the cooking!
